Appointment for a telephone call

In the past, many people arrangement to meet face to face.

I find it better to discuss over the telephone. We can send materials by e-mail and arrange a time to have a telephone call (like making an appointment for a meeting).

This is more productive. It is a new way of working.

    Dear Mr Tan,

    Unfortunately, schools still have meet-the-parents sessions, which is a huge opportunity cost (waste of time, lack of focus on discussion topics) for both teachers and parents. I guess we still live int the 'show face' era to let others know we are 'hardworking'.

    I wonder if I am the only one who is thinking this way

    I think that there is value for the parent to meet the teacher once or twice in a year.
