  4. I am getting 200 unique visitors to this website each day. This is a good start. The information is being improved over the next few months.

Right now, I find it useful to check on the condos (where I own 2 units for rental) and also on a condo that my daughter wishes to buy.

    The information is valuable.

  5. The "Offer" button is for an owner to post a property for sale or rental. Posting is free.

Someone noticed that this button does not work now. It will be fixed tomorrow.

It will also be changed later to allow tenants or buyer to post their interest.

  10. Singapore ministers average S$2m per year, buy condo can pay in cash, no need mortgage. Every few years buy one more, or maybe after a few years, can buy bungalow in cash. No need to deal with banks except writing cheques which are sure to clear. Little wonder they're not so much concerned with banks. ;)
