Hi Mr Tan,I just submitted the survey.Maybe now with new economic paradigm, more people have given up on the usual striving for academic and education excellence.A non-professional degree may be worse than useless. Employers can always get a PhD from China or India for less than a fresh local degree holder.Even MSM can report that fresh diploma holders have better chance of getting a job in this environment.
