For me (not wealthy), I would rather move to Bali, Phuket or Penang as the cost of living is relatively low and the private hospitals are pretty well equipped

Los Angeles and Beijing are polluted cities, these are not good places to live in.
And Singapore? it is expensive, hot and humid, and politically restricted - not really good, only on the surface.
