I am told that several series of Pinnacle Notes have gone burst and the remaining series are nearly burst, i.e. market value less than 1%. Regardless of the series that you hold, you can join the legal action to sue Morgan Stanley in US Courts. This is done on a contingency fee basis, i.e. the US lawyer will only charge their fees and expenses, if the case is successful. You do not need to pay any fees, if it is unsuccessful.
Send an e-mail to tkla.km@gmail.com giving your name, e-mail address, mobile phone, series and amount invsted.

ReplyDeleteSorry to trouble you. For those series that were redempted early (thus the notes were surrendered), can we still join in the legal action? Thank you.
Hi, just join the action and let the lawyer tell you if you can be accepted. It only takes so little trouble for you to submit your particulars. I am not an expert on US law court process, so don't ask me.
ReplyDeletewhoever know your friends or relatives have Pinnacle Note, Please inform them to join this legal action!
ReplyDeleteHi Mr Tan,
ReplyDeleteI am also a Pinnacle S7 holder and recently there is a letter stating that a credit event has occured to Ambac assurance.
I tried to search for more information in the internet and I found out that apparently the company is still in existence and had even just recently publish their results. Somehow I cannot understand how a credit event can occur when the company is not bankrupt.
could you help shed some light to this?
