  1. A well-written article. Truth-revealing.

Singapore needs 'First World Parliament' as well as 'First World Press Freedom' for ensuring a 'True Democracy'. The recent election results of high spoiled ballot and non-voters are of a great concern. It is an indication that the average level of awareness of the electorates need to be raised.

I have experience of talking to the old folks in Hong Kong, they are much more knowledgeable in terms of political awareness as compared to the aged Aunties and Uncles in Singapore. No wonder, Hong Kong, on average, is a better-run society. I think 'A Total Press Freedom' plays an important part/role towards achieving a more mature society. My humble opinion. Anyone cares to share?

“The ignorance of one voter in a democracy impairs the security of all.”

"Life is a daily IQ test. Regarding liberty, it seems that most people are failing the test. It is up to those of us who can see what is right to make sure we do not give up the fight."

  3. Scrutinize what Vivian said after the election, and you would find the PAP never change. They will continue to push policies and bills through, without consulting the people, i.e. their minds are already set, just like the worker domitories at Serangoon Village, only they would explain and implement them after dialogue.
Simply, if they want to build a nulcear power station, they have already make up their mind to do so, then put up a wayang show to mollycoddle the citizens and brainwash us to accept it. They have to go nuclear, as Temasek had sold off, if not all, our energy power stations to foreigners, and these foreign owners are now dictating the price of our energy bills, leading us paying like the highest electricity bills in the whole world.
A leopard never changes its spots,
it only hides here and there with stealth, a perfect animal to describe the PAP.
