Cooperative Study Tour to India

I joined the study tour to India organised by the Singapore Cooperative Movement. I was fascinated by the beauty of India. Here is a group photo in front of the Taj Mahal.

I also got to know many leaders of the cooperative movement personally during the trip. Many served their cooperative society and members with dedication for many years.

  1. Taj Mhal - was it built to remember his wife?

The ancient India had contributed a lot to human civilization. I am a Chinese. I like Upnisad and Vedic philosophy very much. Those are more beautiful than Ta Mhal.

  2. One lifetime isn’t enough to cover just the main attractions of India in this vast and timeless land with a continuous civilization stretching back over 6000 years. In this respect, India is very similar to China. Standing shoulder to shoulder, India and China together can lead this hemisphere and provide the counterbalance to the west’s quest for world domination.
