More customer focused

  2. SM Goh during a dinner speech chided income agents and all present for forgetting its roots. When NTUC Income was formed its goals were to help the lowly paid worker to be insured adequately and to help them to meet all financial goals.And Mr. Tan KL did follow the mandate given to him and built it until it is today. Unfortunately, misguided by a new board and a comeback kid at the helm Income is going astray and lost its focus. It is indulging in self enrichment, bunch of unqualified salesmen doing at the bidding of the man who has self agenda. Is TSS aware? Or Is he not just deaf but also blind?

  3. SM Goh told his story why he couldn't afford whole life insurance despite being a well paid civil servant. It made sense to him that only term insurance could fully and adequately insure his risk at low cost and that was what he did.Insurance is about insuring your personal risk completely so that you have peace of mind and NOT a saving plan as you have been conned by your greedy agent. Buying whole life will not and that is the reason why Singaporeans are under insured because of conflict of interest. The insurance companies and the salesmen don't seem to care. Both are interested in commission and APIs at the expense of their customers. In other words die is the customers' business.
    So you see that is your insurers and the salesmen's attitude.They get rich from your commission; they live in condo, landed properties, drive big cars and the ceos get fat salary and YOU? YOU are left carrying the baby; get conned; suckers.
