Tan Kin Lian, Q4 of the survey asks what the recommendations under "the voice of the people" should reflect.I really wonder who you came up with the two choices "The views of a knowledgeable individual" and "The views of a small group of people".I wonder what was in your mind, but these are obviously stupid choices!
A knowledgeable individual is when one person writes a paper. When a few people get together to discuss a topic, it is "a small group of people". They are quite different.
I have received 40 replies now. I will wait for a few more replies before closing the survey.
For the name of The new web site (if a separate web site), I would like to suggest "One-North Brainwaves".
