Loan redemption's puzzling protocol
Why is a lawyer needed
for the transfer of title deeds to the home owners,

  1. In Australia, when you sell your property, your appointed Property Agent takes care of the whole transaction, including conveyancy and transfer of Title Deeds.
Dun have to go through a lawyer, saving lawyer fees.
Aren't people not wary they may encounter a rogue Agent, and abscond with the sales proceeds?
Maybe Australian Property Agents have integrity, in Singapore you can't even trust your own lawyer, who may turn rogue tempted by millions dollar transactions.

  2. Strange right, when Australia and Singapore has similar British judiciary traditions up to a certain point?
