Strengthen ties with Cambodia

It is a nice gesture for President Tony Tan to visit Cambodia and strengthen relations between our two countries.

Recently, Cambodia was unhappy that sand was being sold to Singapore through non-official sources. I hope that this misunderstanding can be resolved.
