76% of those who replied said that the regulator had to step in earlier, instead of letting the client fight a big insurance company. 12% said that the court should not let the case drag on for so long. 2% blamed the lawyer for dragging the case. This made a total of 90%.
The remaining 10% said that the case took so long because it was complicated.
