WOTC - Mediocre people

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd:

Why did Goh CT say that people who earn less than $500,000 are mediocre?

56 % - He is elitist in his thinking.
17 % - He muddled up.

11 % - He was referring only to people being selected as ministers.

    Yes,Director of a company of a rich man son can become smart even though he is damn stupid.If his argument is correct.
