WOTC - Deaths of NSF during training

Should the defense minister resign for the deaths of NSF during training.

52 % - Yes. The number of deaths are too many, too often.
27 % - Yes. He should resign to take responsibility for the deaths.
17 % - No. But the military commanders should be sacked.
4 % - No. Accidents and deaths cannot be avoided.
