WOTC - full time national service

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd:

Should full time national service be maintained at two years?

Here are the responses: (74 Votes)

54 % - We should reduce the full time training to one year or shorter.
31 % - Training of recruits should be done by regular soldiers who are older and more professional
9 % - We need this duration to train NCOs and officers and get them to train new recruits.
5 % - We need to have more full time NS men to beef up our army.
