WOTC - GST vouchers

Is it fair for overseas Singaporeans to receive GST vouchers?

35 % - The concept of giving GST vouchers to low income people is flawed and is implemented unfairly.

33 % - We should not give them the vouchers if they stay outside Singapore for more than half the year.

20 % - It is all right if they keep a Singapore address. We do not know how often they stay in Singapore.

11 % - On the whole, the GST vouchers helped the low income people.
