WOTC - Low trading volume in SGX

Why is there low interest in the Singapore Exchange (SGX)>

36 % - SGX and MAS have troublesome and impractical regulations 
33 % - SGX allows shady companies to be listed.
28 % - The listed companies are not exciting.
3 % - Investors have moved to trading in futures and forex, which SGX does well.
