WOTC - Use NSF as instructors

Should we use NSF as instructors?

69 % - It is better to have experienced soldiers to be instructors. 
26 % - They lack operation experience and experience in handling people.
3 % - They will bond with the soldiers better, as they are in the same age group.
2 % - It reduces cost in training the recruits.
