WOTC - Measures to increase birth rate

What govt policies will help to increase the birth rate?

37 % - Make the state bear most of the cost of raising up to 3 children for each family.
30 % - Give a monthly allowance of $500 for each child up to age 16, up to 3 children for each family.
26 % - Free medical and child care up to age 6.
7 % - Improve on the current baby bonus packages.
