WOTC - Water agreement

How can we respond to the latest request on the water agreement?

65 % - Discuss with Malaysia and revise the water price to take account of inflation or cost of producing water
16 % - Refer the issue to the International Court of Justice
14 % - Insist on the sanctity of the international agreement.
4 % - Ignore Malaysia and be prepared to fight for our survival.
