How do you describe the 34,000 investors of Hyflux?

50 % - They assumed that MAS and SGX would not approve a bad investment to be sold to the public.
30 % - They consider the risk to be small and acceptable as they are investing in an asset that is strategic to Singapore.
13 % - The prospectus did not highlight the actual financial condition of Hyflux at that time.
7 % - They are greedy and invest to get a higher return.
