There was no harassments for Li ShengWu to be expelled since his was a court case. Some countries are more civilized than others. Prof Tommy Koh was right. There are barbarians in our midst of living.
I once had someone sent a video of me cutting in front of him without signalling to the traffic police. I was fine $160 with 4 demerit points. Though TP advised that I can appeal I went ahead to pay my fine. Whilst I was mad at the person for being vengeful, I was also grateful that he was not wicked loading it on YouTube etc.
Government all like that one. Collect money sure take action one. Those wicked people who posted the video which I am sere is permanent for that poor guy who just wanted to fight for his right, but in a wrong manner. the government no hue one.No money to collect. Singapore is like that one.
One minute say people's privacy should be protected. No more telephone books, ic should only be like that, but no laws to protect people from being put on social media with all their private info. Do you trust this type of government?
Since the death of iron Mentor, police just pass by doing the minimal? So are the other government departments. Scrapping just the top? Our present PM is too soft? Things would be no better when HSK takes over. He is just as soft if not even worse.
Some Ministers stay silent rather than say it as it is for fear of backlash by a handful of loud dictatorial humans. We must learn to be blind to these freaks who bashed others on their territorial beliefs. Though there will always be collision of supremacy by some. We must not allow the supremacist to take over.
Majority of the silent ones would like to throw in there "Be more of a human," or be a better human. And maybe someday, if we're lucky some get to be more than just human.
