Surprisingly. their diagnostic evaluation was a sharp shooter. Two days later, two technicians
brought the required spare-parts, and within forty-five minutes, got it all going again.
These people had no education from the way they speak, but they learned their practical all
through their working life. We are not sure if this is an inherent cause where they knew
what to look out for or they just knew how to solve the problem without playing all the
nursery rhymes. All those qualifications from the Ministers and CEOS do not say much except
that they have been to school, took the exams and are better in reading, writing and are
better speakers.
