c) Some countries started to impose restrictions on travel to and from Singapore.
Instead of issuing code Orange, the health minister could have taken the following steps:

If it was supposed to be orange and the leaders kept it at yellow, how would the population feel? Just like in China?
ReplyDeleteWe do not know why some stock up food for fear of going out. They may have underlying health issues where it's death penalty if they caught the virus. Of course, there will always be a few who is sensitive and spooked or worst-case scenario.
