    Whether it is business, jobs, health, wealth and everything in life is a gamble. Even fortune tellers are not able to predict their own lives. Marriage is a gamble. Properties are a gamble. Lotteries and casinos are also a gamble. Otherwise, there will only be rich people on this planet.

    If waiting to buy a home, can consider good buy.

    For investment, it might be difficult to find a tenant right now.

    Not enough money has to increase GST to 9%. Dun know where all the billions & billions come from? Money must come from Covid-19?
