Be considerate in using email

I received a long email chain containing a lot of irrelevant details. Within the email was some particulars that affected me and needed my attention.

The sender of the email should have taken out the relevant details and send it in a separate email with a proper subject heading.

This behavior is quite common (and sometimes I might be the culprit).

We have to be considerate. We only need to send the relevant information for another person to attend to the matter. It can be quite difficult for the receiver to know what is expected by searching through a long email chain that contain a lot of irrelevant information.

I hope that this will help you to improve your communication.
