One best service that made my day; Called HDB hotline for an enquiry. Expected to press 1~9and made to hold on for half-hour listening to music. Whoa, an operator picked the phone straight away after pressing 1 for English. She gave me the number to call for my enquiry.On my 2nd call to the other number, after pressing 1 for English, the second call was answeredimmediately. He asked if I wanted E-alert. Ten minutes later, a reply came straight to my number that my E-alert was approved without any doing.
Applied for a new passport online. Everything went well till it came to the payment part whenI filled in my DBS credit card. The page disappeared with a pop-up blocker. Tried repeating with opening again the website page, but it would not open. End of it all had to send the new application by post manually. I am one guy who used the computer frequently. Think about those who seldom used them?
