A better system to elect leaders

 The system used in western democracies is flawed and is subject to interference from foreign powers. There is a better system to select leaders.

    By moving to a better neighbourhood to increase the child's chances of doing better in school?
    It suggests that a high IQ and successful parents are strong indicators that the child will do well in whatever school. Branded and nicer sneakers don't make anyone jump higher?
