THE MESSIEST IN THIS COUNTRY IS THE HOUSING MARKET(PRIVATE, EXECUTIVE CONDOS, BTO, RESALE & DBSS). NOW COMES THE WATERFRONT CATERING LESS THAN 10% OF SINGAPOREANS AND IS DIVISIVE TO THE COUNTRY!
Why the ABSD is here to stay? Even if the housing minister is different, they will not make drastic changes to any policies put in place by the previous ones...internal politics. Doing so would not only mean that the policies were never right in the first place, but also make the one who approved it looked silly. It is all about giving face to one another.

Bring to another point about the property. Not sure if anybody noticed that the architectural and technical design of new homes literally bedrooms facing one another which hallway or corridor a total waste of space. PSF and livable space are hard to come by.
"One mountain is higher than another mountain."一山还比一山高. (Chinese saying) The talk about aspirations of 'first-timers'. My aspiration is to live in Rochalie..but.. The government has been preaching to the Millenials to buy within their means and not overstretched themselves but
What makes a good and reliable leader? One that can cool a market proficiently without putting obstacles on genuine home buyers. One that can at the least not treat genuine home buyers like chess pieces.
