I already surrender calling StarHub. Physical presence at their center yielded better satisfaction.
As for DBS I called the lost credit card department to get a faster answer. I would be told to dial another number. I told them I could not get any answer at the other end. I am outside and have been holding on for 25 minutes.
There was no bragging on customer satisfaction, but sure on their earnings. To expect much from keh leng?
