Tips on improving call center process

 This is my tips on improving the process in the call centers.

Singapore companies that now provide "terrible customer service", including Starhub and DBS bank, can take the tips for free.

Shhh, don't tell them that I copy from Oppo.

  1. I already surrender calling StarHub. Physical presence at their center yielded better satisfaction.

    As for DBS I called the lost credit card department to get a faster answer. I would be told to dial another number. I told them I could not get any answer at the other end. I am outside and have been holding on for 25 minutes.

    There was no bragging on customer satisfaction, but sure on their earnings. To expect much from keh leng?
