Is it wise to remove the Stay Home Notice

 My friend said that it is risky for the ministers to remove the Stay Home Notice for incoming travelers under the new approach of "living with covid".


I disagree with my friend.

    Typically an inexperienced policy maker will tighten the control using prudent victim card, that spelt disaster
