Did the ministers make a bad judgement?

Did the ministers make a bad judgment in relaxing the restrictions too early, based on the vaccination rate?

  1. Today, we lack savvy, knowledgeable and effective leaders.
Today we too have a demanding and unreasonable- me and only me kind of population.
Interlock the 2 together and what do we get?

Today, we have leaders with no accountability. They pushed the blame to everything except themselves.
This disease is contagious and now most people have caught it. The people have now become everything and everyone's fault except me.

  2. Trying to keep 100% of people happy is one of the fastest ways to make yourself unhappy.

Do what you can to bring happiness to the 90% and don't worry about trying to please the rest.

WP has got one horrible young woman in the team.

  3. The ministers made bad judgement relying on the national newspaper's opinions and headlines.

  4. People are more satisfied with their lives when they have a comfortable standard of living, a supportive social network, good health, the latitude to choose their course in life, and a government they trust. The highest echelon of happy countries also tends to have universal health care, ample paid vacation time, and affordable child care.

  5. Forum: Improve right-turn signal system at traffic junctions

A right-turn signal that lets drivers turn only when the green arrow comes on has been implemented at many traffic junctions.

I understand that this represents a safer option for vehicles on the road. It makes sense for busy traffic junctions as it is a good control function.

However, it is not the same at junctions where the traffic flow is very low. I have seen vehicles waiting to turn right but cannot even though the road is empty, because the arrow is red. This can be rather inefficient.

This has resulted in heavier traffic at some junctions with multiple roads converging there.

More thorough studies should be done to improve this right-turn signal system so that drivers can have a smoother and more efficient ride on the road.

Answer- Patience and a little inconvenience go a long way.
Constant island-wide standardised traffic junction lights are the way to go.
