Failure is only a problem if you interpret it as failure. There may be wishy-washy reasons why you failed in a particular situation. This may or may not be within your control. If it wasn't why worry? If it was, use the experience in a positive way to improve. The question to ask yourself is: can you handle the consequences if you fail? What separates the best is their ability to handle failure. Those who cry whether it was difficult math's paper or broken relationship or rejected job interview cannot make it in the real world. Whether one like it or not, it is facts of life.
