Singtel is becoming too powerful. They control a big market share. When you are in a contract with them they just do as they like. Some TV channels are either ceased or changed. But there are penalties for customers financially if and when they make changes.

Singtel only trying to lure in new customers but not take care of existing ones. During re-contract, all customers are entitled to 2 new wi-fi wireless routers free. Delivery and installation are only for new sign-up customers. Existing customers have to pick up and pay at Somerset Place, self-installation, and if you need 3, you need to travel to Orchard Central to pick up the 3rd one. (like people don't have to work?) One does not have that kind of profit by not being unscrupulous or unethical?
