My friend said - Our police seems quite helpless and unable to cope (with the scams). Isn’t it a disgrace? It’s time they revamp the police investigative and forensic abilities. There is a need to catch up with the sophistication of the new age criminals.

It is difficult to distinguish scams from someone who had their eyes, nose, face or boobs done. For those who had plastic surgery or botox one look and you can tell. But definitely not for scams, it is, is it or is it not?
