The conclusions are, that the free market does not work. The successful health systems use the following strategies:a. Service provided by the public sectorb. Service provided by market but prices are controlled by the governmentc. Insurance of basic health service must be runned on non-profit.In my view, the same approach has to be applied to legal services as well. Lawyers cannot charge what they like. The legal fees have to be controlled.
