Looks to me more like an advertising campaign with the tagline "Feels Like Pioneer Suspension" printed right after the false pot holes stickers.I can imagine a series of chain collisions on our expressways if these were being use ;)
The better way would be to install a speed limiting device in the vehicle, as what SAF is doing.And remove the fines for speeding, replacing it with driving bans of at least a year instead.
Innovative, but I doubt this will work in the long run. This is because over time, people will become conditioned, and will realise its just a ploy and be willing to take the chance by not reducing speed.
