WOTC - Work closer to home

How can we encourage more people to work closer to home?

48 % - Never mind. Just improve the public transport system.
29 % - Give more options for them to rent a flat.
13 % - Encourage workers to live in a place closer to work by waiving the stamp duty for buying a new home.
10 % - Educate them about the benefit of working closer to home.
