Hardly the day started and ... it is already six o'clock in the evening.

... and the month is almost over.
... and the year is almost up.
... and already40, 50 or 60 or 70 years of our lives have passed.
... and we realize that we lost our parents, friends.
and we realize that it is too late to go back ...
Here is the funny thing about the value of properties. Whether they go up or drop if needed to live in it, it's just about paper value as not many will sell if only one house to live in. Therefore, there is no sense of loss.
ReplyDeleteThe issue is the buyers who either buy high or low. Properties prices only affect a small number who owned more than one property?
For those upgraders on downgraders, you sell low you also buy low. But is the nature we are majority want s to sell high and buy low.
