While we have no control over the trial, error and the flow of decisions, families have control of being safe here, if you are not a KTV, nightspots or gym-goer.
Whatever the numbers 2 or 5 or 10 the economy is still doing fine. Recently we put down a 1% plus 4% deposit for a resale. The agent recommended us 3 banks. The 1st & 2nd big Singapore banks did not answer or return our call. The 3rd foreign bank answered after 2 ring tones. They got our business and everything was approved in 1 week. Partly our combined income far more exceeds our loan ratio.
