There are two components in the budgets-One is a compassionate budget(?) and the other is a salvaging further drop in popularity in coming election budget(?).
On December 16th 2023, there were 2 cruises that were sailing that day.
We were booked on a 10 day Diamond Princess Christmas adventure.
Spectrum of The Seas was checking in a little more than 5000 passengers. The whole process took less than 2 hours and ahead of the sailing time.
Diamond Princess was checking in half the numbers of the passengers. The check in process started at 11 am and we only got on board at 5 pm which was more than 5 hours.
While on board we were told from the staffs and passengers on Diamond Princess was that there were 2 ships sailing that day and the Singapore Emigration could not cope. Sailing schedule time was pushed 1 hour back.
Testament was that we were physically being put on hold in blocks without any announcement what we were held back for. Took us 1hr.45mins just to check in the luggage which was obvious it had nothing to do with immigration.
Folks, do not believe what you are being told, read on the media unless you witness something yourself. And if you were to choose, go for the experience and reputation of the company and not the name.

Tip: The Best Leadership Principle Ever Discovered Is Still Monkey See, Monkey DO. The next time you wonder why people are paying to get contracts to their advantage maybe it is because they have seen leaders doing it. If your leadership is willing to have such an attitude and take such a step, it shows the kind of mentality of leaders. It will not be long before you see the “monkies” following and corruption will spread like wildfire. Bringing in tourism is one thing but "paying for a contract? Wonder why "Keppel" has been thrown out? If you want to teach a monkey something, just show them! They are experts at monkey see, monkey do.
Beware of Bitcoin investment schemes where scammers, posing as experienced "investment managers," lure investors with tales of massive cryptocurrency profits. Promising hefty returns, these fraudsters ask for an upfront fee, only to vanish with your money, leaving you with empty promises. They may even ask for personal information under the guise of fund transfers, risking your cryptocurrency security. Don't let the allure of quick wealth cloud your judgment. Always verify the credibility of those you're investing with and remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Stay informed, invest wisely, and protect your digital assets.

The most common response that you'll get is retort from the childish lips of so-called "upper-class" leaders.
