I have read about your intention to improve racial integration in Singapore, such as the one on yahoo news:

I believe the feasible approach should be anti-parochialism. It would be helpful to review a sociological question to reason of the low numbers of inter-racial marriages.

Dear Mr. Tan

You will win more votes if you could convince Singaporeans that you are independent from PAP government.

I suggest you highlight the facts that ;

1) You are an inactive PAP member for more than 25 years (since 1985) and also no longer a PAP member for more than 3 years (since 2008).

2)You spoke up against the government (MAS, MM Lee, SM Goh) during the Lehman Mini-bond.
