Wealth management products are sold in China. They offer higher returns compared to bank deposits but carry risks that are not understand by the investors.

Travel by bus/ LRT

I went on a journey by bus and LRT in Sengkang.

The LRT is convenient, and move fast, compared to a bus. It does not have to stop at a traffic junction and can move quickly because there are no other vehicles on the rail.

For the towns with LRT, i.e. Sengkang, Punggol and Bukit Panjang, it is better to reduce the frequency of the buses, so that the residents will use the LRT for travel within the town and to the MRT station.

Is NTUC Income safe?

Paid mail

I suggest that senders be given an option to pay a fee of $0.01 to send an email and that the email be marked as "paid" mail. This will allow the receiver to filter out the unpaid email into the spam folder.
