I am impressed with the leadership shown by the Malaysian Prime Minister, Najib Razak. He has abolished the Internal Secruity Act, settled the bilteral issues with Singapore and also cooperated with Singapore on the development of the Iskandar project in Johore. I wish him all the best in the next general election.

Msia is progressing better than Spore. They are a flawed democracy while ours is hybrid regime.

Msia Flawed Democracy, Spore Hybrid Regime
Indeed Najib seems to be the man who could implement things and settle issues, such abilities that even Dr. Mohammad and LKY could not have.
Malaysian friends, in private conversations with us, point to a man that is astonishing in regard to his private life, which out of respect to a Malaysian PM, am not appropriate to reveal here.
In comparison, what the former Hougang WP MP did, is really mere peanuts, a storm in a teacup.
Repeat here, what a leader did with his private life, we dun give a damn, as long as he produces results in his work. Can't claim to be a modern, cosmopolitan city state, while hypocritically clinging to Victorian Times.
If one were to read articles on Malaysia in our Straits Times, especially those written by the Malaysian Bureau Chief, Carolyn Hong ( if I'm not wrong ) one would think that BN under Najib would be toppled in the next elections.
So who is right? Let's wait for PRU13.
