Gave $2m to pay for top class accommodation, meals and security to a North Korean ruthless dictator and his entourage at a prestigious Summit meeting in Singapore, but gave a miserable sum of 100K or at most 200K as aid to our neighbours in tragic events like earthquates and tsunami.
So elite to the core.
