Difficult to make an appointment at polyclinic

I faced the following problem in making an appointment to visit the polyclinic. Here is my feedback.

Gain City has super-low standard air-con servicing. The online booking sort of full all the way. The technicians do not show up on time. Some people had to cancel work or activities to stay home for the appointment. It's hard to get a chance to get an telephonist to answer the phone. Enough is enough.
