WOTC - Spread of virus after circuit breaker

Wisdom of the Crowd: 71% of the respondents expect the coronavirus to spread rapidly within the community after the lifting of the circuit breaker. 29% are optimistic that the virus can be controlled through the gradual measures.

Almost all already have homes either private or HDB. A small percentage has got more than one property which is rented out. Only a handful of first-time buyers can afford such kind of price? Where are the buyers coming from other than speculators who have already bought all the one bedders and putting them up for sale now? Hard truth! Above 2million for a prison.

I now do not have to find excuses about going to a wedding for acquaintances who needs to fill up tables to ten. I don't have to sit at the wedding tables with strangers for four hours while the couple flaunts what guest assume they can afford. The only people who benefit from these celebrations are the restaurants. How many can afford to pay $100~ $250 per head just to have a meal? Those who do not like the truth, it's OK. A superficial society.

The effective leader spends a lot of time and effort on getting the few fundamental decisions right.
