What we do not need now is PM Lee doing the Heng SW. He has so much to deal with unknowns. The world has changed to unpredictability. New challenges emerge relentlessly be it economically,
politically, and socially. If he is honest enough, a sense of leadership vertigo creeps up from time to time with mounting pressure.

To put it simply, leadership has become increasingly complicated, and if those under him are not resourceful, nurturing or competent only makes his leading much more difficult.

Some problems no need to be a rocket scientist to slove. Most actors & actresses can see their noses are sharp or double lidded eyes. The son or daughter got flat nose and sigle lid eyes. When the child is older they look at their parents and woah.
