Collective sale of condominium - steps to a successful sale

 In this article, I explain the steps that the owners have to go through to get a successful collective sale.

Most of the collective sales attempt fail in one of these steps. Only a small proportion of the sites are completed successfully.

One of the negative effects of having too many rules is people tend to rebel.

People typically want a small part of freedom and independence to have choices, they might start sneaking around or blatantly defy. You need to enforce rules that keep people safe and orderly, but not so many that people do not have any room to grow.

The collective sale is not for edgy or hypersensitive people where everything dangles on air for 2 solid years.

Some stakeholders who are either for or against the sale and who have connections to the main media or reporters make use of reports to lead to intended results of their own circumstances.
