LEADER comes from the word LEAD. Decision-making is a key expectation everyone expects of their leaders. And as a leader, normally the "buck stops with you." All they have done so far is pass the buck! This is NOT the quality of a leader. This is the job of a peon.

And as on record, there seemed to be NO actions from the WP LEADERS till the last minute no way out.

Leaders need to act and sound like one. People expect their leaders with clear communications, engagement to get things done professionally? They fail to recognised all these signs.

There are four culprits in this saga. The one who started it followed by three who did not have honest morality, but sick behavior.

It is now a matter of apportioning the percentages of the blame. One already paid the price by resigning? What are those three holding on to?
